    Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you want to know about THE FIELD — the experience, the science, and how to prepare.

    What is THE FIELD?

THE FIELD is a weekly practice in collective coherence.

For 60 minutes, we step away from the pace of everyday life and enter a space designed to help us reconnect—with ourselves, with one another, and with what becomes possible between us.

Through movement, breath, music, reflection and stillness, we shift from individual stress into shared presence.

You don't come to learn a technique.

You come to experience a different way of being together.

What actually happens during the experience?

Every experience follows a gentle rhythm.

    • We arrive.
    • We move.
    • We breathe.
    • We reflect.
    • We integrate.

    No previous experience is needed.

You are never asked to perform, share anything personal, or "get it right."

    Simply come as you are.

    The practice meets you there.

Why do you call it "The Collective Transformation Class"?

Because transformation doesn't only happen within us.

    It also happens between us.

Modern science shows that our nervous systems continuously influence one another. Our emotions spread. Our attention synchronizes. Our energy shapes the people around us.

THE FIELD is a practice designed to help us consciously experience this phenomenon—and discover what becomes possible when a group becomes coherent together.

    Is this meditation? Breathwork? Dance?

It includes elements of all three—but it is not defined by any one modality.

    • Movement helps us release.
    • Breath helps us regulate.
    • Music helps us integrate.
    • Connection helps us remember.

The modalities are not the destination.

They simply create the conditions for something larger to emerge.

Do I need any previous experience?

    None.

Whether you've practiced meditation for years or this is your first experience, you'll be guided every step of the way.

    THE FIELD isn't about experience.

    It's about presence.

I'm not a dancer. Will I feel comfortable?

    Absolutely.

This isn't about choreography or performance.

Movement is simply a way of reconnecting with your body.

There are no right or wrong movements.

    Only your own.

Many participants arrive feeling uncertain—and leave surprised by how natural it becomes.

    What should I bring?

    • Comfortable clothing.
    • A water bottle.
    • An open mind.

    Everything else is provided.

    Is the breathwork safe?

    Yes.

The breathing practices are gentle, guided and designed to support regulation of the nervous system.

If you're pregnant, have epilepsy, recent surgery, or certain cardiovascular conditions, simply let us know before the session. We'll offer an adapted breathing rhythm so you can participate safely without breath holds.

As always, you're invited to listen to your body and participate at your own pace.

    What will I leave with?

    Everyone's experience is unique.

Some people leave feeling deeply calm.

    Others feel energized.

Many describe a renewed sense of clarity, belonging or possibility.

What they have in common is this:

They leave more connected than they arrived.

    To themselves.

    To others.

And to what becomes possible between us.
